We started Delivery from few products, only with few category i.e. for Kitchen , Personal care, Home cleaning etc., it gave us a very good face value. We used word "Hamara Mart" because this is an idea from customers group to other customers to re-generate revenue from our expenses to each and every one. Thus, term used as"Hamara Mart". We targeted the potential customer only in this category with fingers crossed. Things can go horribly wrong, a single rotten carrot had the power to bring the whole Startup down because the expectations are high and shortcomings are noticed and addressed publicly. But it didn't, Why? Our Focus was on Quality, we saw ourselves as "Quality First Organization". Number of customers increased and we launched other categories. Today we have 7 categories and 800+ products and we are delivering all over Saharanpur. Kindly check the FAQ below if you are not very familiar with the functioning of this website. Registration

Every-one can register at our web site- hamaramart.org by following 3 manners :- 1. Online by web portal, 2. Offline by stock point or mart by purchasing products against your name linked with mobile number, 3. By Sponsor I’d, who is an active customer at our web-site by accepting our referral business opportunity. Following are the requirement for enrolment at Hamara Mart :- New User: 1. First name, 2. Last name, 3. Mobile Number, 4. Email address (optional), 5. Country, 6. State, 7. District, 8. Pin Code, 9. Delivery / Postal Address, 10. Password (6 characters’ minimum), 11. Re-enter password, 12. Enter Captcha Code, 13. Check To - I agree with Hamara Mart term of services, 14. SIGN UP NOW, 15. OTP Verification of Mobile number, 16. An auto generated User id will be linked with customer Mobile No.

No, there is no any charges for Registration.

One person can generate single registration on one mobile no. either by online sign-up or by off-line method via purchase of good from HAMARA MART stock point or by any active sponsor id who has chosen our referral business opportunity. Now after registration of First ID by any one of above 3 ways, one can generate 2 more customer IDs on his/her name on one PAN CARD but with different mobile no. These IDs can be linked either with his/her First ID by enrolling through his web-id or by up-line IDs or by Sponsor ID or by down line IDs below his own First id's any business wing. No cross business wing ID can be linked with same Pan Card. All 3 Ids will be linked with 3 different Mobile Nos.

Order Related

Before order, one has to register at our web-site as in registration process explained. Now after login with your I'D, one will select his purchase and delivery location by Pin Code to verify available stock point or mart at that location. Then only one can order on-line at his I'D. Beside On-Line orders , one can purchase Off-Line at our Stock Point at his Ids.

Before Dispatch of on-line Ordered Invoices, One can cancelled his order from his web-id portal but off-line purchases can not be cancelled if invoiced. Any transection charges taken against invoiced orders will be bear by the customer and if any order will be cancelled or returned the transection charges will not be returned by HAMARA MART.

You will be provided 7 days from date of order to create Return Ticket against any Discrepancy in received shipment against on-line orders. Off-line order can't be returned but only can be exchanged as per our Return Policy. In case of return of on-line orders it is responsibility of the customer to return this invoiced order in original condition to the stock point of HAMARA MART at his location with in 3 days of return ticket generation. Any transection charges taken against invoiced orders will be bear by the customer and if any order will be cancelled or returned the transection charges will not be returned by HAMARA MART.

Shipping Charges will be bear by the Customer as per Details given at our web-site for On-line as well as Off-Line orders and separate Shipping Bill will be generated linked with packet of invoiced goods and will be paid at time of delivery. In case of any returned invoice shipping charges taken at time of delivery will not be returned.

Account Related

All these will be shown at your Web-ID Portal of hamaramart.org in your "My Account" -> "Product Gallery" -> "Product Order History" section.

After generating total 2 P.V. against ordered & settled invoiced, now you will be termed as Active Customer (Purple) & at this stage you will get Gift Coupon of worth Rs.84/- in inactive state at your "My Account" -> " Manage Wallet" -> "Coupon Statement" section.

Yes, so we can deliver goods to your address.

Payment

You can pay via Payment Gateway system linked with our web-site hamaramart.org with any mode of payment such as by NEFT, Credit / Debit Cards, U.P.I., Pay-Tm or Any other method provided by the Payment Gateway. But transection charges will be borne by the Customer as per charges of Gateway used on his total amount of ordered bill.

You can use all the facilities as mentioned for on-line order and side by side you can pay "Cash" at counter.

No. But as soon as you will purchase any product from Hamara Mart Stock Point against Your Name Linked with Your Mobile No., Your Id will be registered with your same name and Mobile No. with our web-site and SMS will be delivered at your same mobile no. with User id and Pass word.
