Cancellation And Return Policy
Cancellation and Return Policy of Hamara Mart
Hamara Mart will sale products on-line as well as off-line to the customers. Thus, there will be cancellation and return policy for on-line sale as per on-line business policy and for off-line sale as per off-line business policy.
1. For on-line sale: -
a. Cancellation of on-line orders can be initiated by Customers before invoicing or delivery of ordered sale.
b. Return of on-line orders can be initiated by Customers after delivery of ordered sale but within 7 days after ordered sale if there is any manufacturing defect or short expiry of less than 7 days is remaining of consumable items but Product must be in it's original packing and should not be opened.
c. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the products at our Stock Point of purchase with-in 3 days after initiating the return ticket.
d. Only Product cost charged in invoiced bill will be refunded to the customer. No shipping charges and transection charges will be returned to the customer.
2. For off-line sale: -
a. No cancellation of off-line sale will be done.
b. No return of off-line sale will be done but products can be exchanged within 7 days after sale if there is any manufacturing defect or short expiry of less than 7 days is remaining of consumable items but Product must be in it's original packing and should not be opened.
