Hamara Mart is an idea to provide House Hold & Daily needs Products to each customer below M.R.P. & discounted prices and later on can develop a system for customers to generate a huge discount from self-purchases and also can generate incentives from other customer's purchases whom one has guided to join this system along with him and so on.. . For this we have created a Business Group with like-minded persons who are agreed to generate this idea. We started Delivery from few products, just only to our partners and some nearby customers. It gave us a very good face value. Now we targeted the potential customers only in this category with fingers crossed. Things can go horribly wrong because a single rotten carrot had the power to bring the whole Start up down because the expectations are high and short comings are noticed and addressed publicly. But it did not, Why? Because Our Focus was on Quality, we saw ourselves as "Quality First Organization". Number of customers increased and we launched other categories. Today we have 7 categories and 800+ products and we are delivering all over Saharanpur.
We used www.hamaramart.org as our web-site for on-line display of our branded or non branded products and developed a software to create orders and deliver them at door step to the customers under an agreement. We also made our stock point for off-line display and delivery of goods from another portals termed as Branch Portal and Franchise Portal linked with our admin panel which is also linked with our Hamara Mart Customer Portals. We started Delivery from few products, only with few category i.e. for Kitchen , Personal care, Home cleaning etc., it gave us a very good face value. We used word "Hamara Mart" because this is an idea from customers group to other customers to re-generate revenue from our expenses to each and every one. Thus, term used as"Hamara Mart".
